Label Application Auxiliary System

In this video, I demonstrate a custom solution for the automated application of labels and patches on leather goods and footwear.

The system features a three-plate pneumatic jig that ensures perfect label positioning before sewing begins. Using advanced programming, the internal plates automatically lift during the sewing cycle (via trigger points), allowing the needle to complete the label perimeter without any mechanical interference. This solution ensures consistent precision and high productivity.
